Every part of my hotel experience was great. Easy to park and check in. For some reason we got an accessible room on the first floor, though I didn't think I chose one, which was a bit noisy at times as people moved up and down the hallway. However, it wasn't enough to be bothersome. The breakfast was probably the best I've had in a chain hotel. Each day, there were several people to help serve the hot items, and restock the coffee and other items, including a waffle maker, three kinds of juices and hot sauces for the hot foods. Every day featured a changing variety of staff made tamales, kolaches, refried beans, two types of really good scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. Several choices of GOOD coffee (no machine, for those who might want). Room had a coffee maker, but I never used, because I knew what was in breakfast was good. Pillows were sorry, so I told the staff that I was going to Costco to buy some better, since I was staying a few days. They said they had others, and took me back to choose! I found three that were perfect. I noticed they had a shuttle van (maybe two), but didn't use it, since I drove. The location is perfect for doing a bit of shopping and eating. And there is at least one coffee shop very near, all walkable. Large workout room with seemingly everything, but good safe areas to walk right from the hotel. They are pet friendly, which I really like about LaQuintas around the country. The staff, from start to finish was exceedingly nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and be sorry when I see the breakfasts at other hotels I stay at in the future.

The property looks nice, clean, and modern. The rooms were clean, the AC worked great, the beds were comfy, the fridge for our beverages, and loved the shower with the rolling glass door. The breakfast options were great! It is also in such a nice area just a block down from a convention center, restaurants, and many stores for shopping.

The location of the hotel is great, we had a nice time moving around and in the evening we had a walk around. The pool area was great and comfortable. And for the rooms it was what we expected and more, since it had both a fridge and a microwave which are nice amenities not listed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay was wonderful. My husband is 6”5 tall and 250 pounds so he takes up a lot of space in the bathroom . This is the first hotel bathroom that he felt comfortable in. He loved how spacious the bathroom was . The kids also had room to relax and play in the room . It was a very enjoyable stay

When I come to Mc Allen . I only stay at this Hotel. Everyone is so very Nice and Helpful. I come every few Months. To visit my 90 year old Momma. She stays at the Bridges . I just want to be comfortable and relaxe. The Property is always Clean. I Could do a Commercial. Lol. Thank you. .
